[1] | Continuous Evaluation: |
The school believes in a system of progressive learning, teaching through continuous evaluation and feedback. For that steps are followed as under:
· 5 unit tests of 30 marks each in Std. 11 & 12. · 4 Preliminary exam of 100 marks in Std. 12. · Terminal Exam each of 50 Marks in each Term. · Assessed answer books are shown to the students and parents for their perusal. · Every student is given subject wise Question Bank free of charges, for the extra practice work. Besides, voluntary, post-preliminary examinations are also arranged in the students’ interest. |

To be at par with or be better than the rest of the world, especially in the context of emerging knowledge, every student who gets admission in the school is given training of Personality Development and Computer training as a part of curriculum. | |

Besides study, co-curricular activities like group discussion, publication of magazine teachers’ day celebration, educational tour, elocution & quiz competition, guest lecture: along with celebration of annual day, sports day, and National festivals are organized regularly. | |
[4] | Recognition of the students : |
Every year during the second half of the February, the school celebrates the Annual Day All the students right from Std. IX to Std. XII attend the function. On this occasion the invited guests and the dignitaries remain present to encourage and motivate the students for their bright future. Here the students are awarded the prize and mementoes for their participation in the different events during the year. Besides, the first three students scoring the highest in the ‘Board’ Examination of Std. XII are respectively awarded special cash prize of Rs. 40,000/-, Rs. 35,000/- and Rs. 25,000/- exclusively sponsored by the son of Shri J. D. Patel (Bakrol / U.S.A.) namely Dr. Yatin Patel (Bakrol/U.S.A.). The function is followed by the lunch and ends. | |
[5] | Education fee helping plan : |
Brilliant but economically needful students of the samaj get the special benefit of “Education Fee Helping Plan“. Donors have established a trust for this. Elected committee members scrutinize the applications in prescribed form and decide to facilitate the deserving students.
The Students of Samaj will be given exemption of Rs. 4,200/- by the Kelavani Mandal i Std. 11 & 12. Children of widows, belonging to the Samaj are privileged by sponsor’s donor under “D.Z.PATEL SIKSHAN SAHAY YOJNA” without paying any fees. |

Admission is based on the total marks of Science, Maths, English, Gujarati and Social science obtained in S.S.C. Board Examination.
For a student other than G.S.E.B.Gandhinagar,Board counter signature by concerned District Educatic Officer (DEO) is required. |
